北京市海淀區(qu)唐人(ren)美食職業(ye)(ye)(ye)技(ji)能培訓(xun)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)是一(yi)家(jia)專(zhuan)為餐(can)飲(yin)(yin)技(ji)術(shu)服務人(ren)員提供(gong)短期培訓(xun)的專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)技(ji)術(shu)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)成立(li)于1989年,擁有餐(can)飲(yin)(yin)技(ji)術(shu)培訓(xun)產品專(zhuan)利技(ji)術(shu)及自(zi)主(zhu)知識產權,發展至今,是北京市飲(yin)(yin)食行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)協會教(jiao)育培訓(xun)基(ji)地,中(zhong)國烹飪(ren)協會、北京工(gong)商聯(lian)烘焙業(ye)(ye)(ye)公會、世(shi)界中(zhong)餐(can)業(ye)(ye)(ye)聯(lian)合會會員單位,北京市中(zhong)式面點、西(xi)式面點等(deng)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)職業(ye)(ye)(ye)技(ji)能考核基(ji)地。成立(li)以(yi)來為全(quan)國餐(can)飲(yin)(yin)行(xing)業(ye)、烘焙行業(ye)培養了大批優秀(xiu)人才(cai)。是一(yi)所(suo)集技能(neng)培訓、就業(ye)安置、創業(ye)扶植為一(yi)體的(de)綜合性職業(ye)教(jiao)育機(ji)構。

Tangren Culinary Schoo of Beijing is a professional technical institution specializing in provding short-term training for culinary technology and service personnel. Established in 1989, the school holds proprietary technologies and independent intellectual property rights in culinary training products. Over its development, it has become an education and training base for the Beijing Food Association, and amember unit of the China Cuisine Association, the Baking Industry Guild of Beijing Federation of Industry and Commerce, and the World Federation of Chinese Catering Industry. It also serves as a vocational skill assessment center for professions such as Chinese pastry and Western pastry in Beijing. Since its inception, the school h]as cultivated a large number of outstanding talents for the national catering and baking industries. It is a comprehensive vocational education institution integrating skill training, employment placement, and entrepreneurship support.

Tangren Culinary School based in Beijing and serving the whole nation, the school has successively established four major disciplines—Chinese Cuisine Cooking, Chinese Pastry, Western Cuisine Cooking, and Western Pastry—with over a hundred specialized training courses, developing a comprehensive set of training methods tailored to the industry and market demands. Tangren Culinary School places great emphasis on the development of its teaching staff. 北京(jing)唐人(ren)美食學校總校坐(zuo)落在北京(jing)海淀區羊坊(fang)店,比鄰北京(jing)西客站、中華世紀(ji)壇、軍事(shi)博物館,地(di)理(li)位置四通(tong)八達(da),公交(jiao)地(di)鐵(tie)交(jiao)匯,特(te)別方便學生學習(xi)。學校實習(xi)場地(di)面積1000余平方米,每年畢業(ye)(ye)生2000余人(ren),并(bing)承(cheng)接企事(shi)業(ye)(ye)、部隊院校等單(dan)位的(de)送教上(shang)門工作。經過近三十余年的(de)努力,已有不計其(qi)數(shu)的(de)學員活躍(yue)在烘焙(bei)以及(ji)餐飲領域(yu),其(qi)中很多(duo)人(ren)已經成為行(xing)業(ye)(ye)的(de)中流砥柱。

The main campus of Tangren Culinary School is located at Yangfangdian, Haidian District, Beijing, adjacent to Beijing West Railway Station, the China Millennium Monument, and the Military Museum. Its advantageous location offers convenient transportation, with access to buses and subways, making it especially easy for students to commute. The school's practical training area covers over 1,000 square meters, with more than 2,000 graduates annually. It also provides on-site training services for enterprises, institutions, and military academies. Through nearly three decades of effort, countless alumni are now active in the baking and catering fields, with many having become mainstays of the industry.

In recent years, the school has seen rapid development in corporate order-oriented training, low-investment entrepreneurship programs, and home cooking interest courses, achieving significant results. Order-oriented training ensures students are essentially employed upon enrollment, alleviating employment concerns; low-investment entrepreneurship programs provide substantial assistance to aspiring entrepreneurs; and home cooking interest courses offer an excellent learning platform for culinary enthusiasts.

Since its establishment, Beijing Tangren Culinary School has witnessed and adapted to the evolution of industry standards from basic know-how to vocational skills, and from technical grades to professional qualifications. It has gained considerable reputation and influence within both the baking and catering industries.
