北京(jing)市(shi)海淀區唐人美食職(zhi)業(ye)技(ji)(ji)能培訓(xun)學校(xiao)是一家專(zhuan)(zhuan)為餐飲技(ji)(ji)術服(fu)務人員提供短(duan)期培訓(xun)的專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)技(ji)(ji)術學校(xiao)。學校(xiao)成(cheng)立(li)于1989年,擁有餐飲技(ji)(ji)術培訓(xun)產品專(zhuan)(zhuan)利技(ji)(ji)術及自主知識產權,發展(zhan)至今,是北京(jing)市(shi)飲食行(xing)業(ye)協(xie)會(hui)教育培訓(xun)基(ji)地,中國烹(peng)飪(ren)協(xie)會(hui)、北京(jing)工商聯(lian)烘焙業(ye)公會(hui)、世界(jie)中餐業(ye)聯(lian)合會(hui)會(hui)員單位,北京(jing)市(shi)中式(shi)(shi)面點(dian)、西式(shi)(shi)面點(dian)等(deng)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)職(zhi)業(ye)技(ji)(ji)能考(kao)核基(ji)地。成(cheng)立(li)以來為全國餐飲行(xing)業(ye)、烘(hong)焙行業(ye)培養了大批優秀人才(cai)。是一(yi)所(suo)集技能培訓、就業(ye)安置、創業(ye)扶植為一(yi)體的綜合性職業(ye)教育機構。

Tangren Culinary Schoo of Beijing is a professional technical institution specializing in provding short-term training for culinary technology and service personnel. Established in 1989, the school holds proprietary technologies and independent intellectual property rights in culinary training products. Over its development, it has become an education and training base for the Beijing Food Association, and amember unit of the China Cuisine Association, the Baking Industry Guild of Beijing Federation of Industry and Commerce, and the World Federation of Chinese Catering Industry. It also serves as a vocational skill assessment center for professions such as Chinese pastry and Western pastry in Beijing. Since its inception, the school h]as cultivated a large number of outstanding talents for the national catering and baking industries. It is a comprehensive vocational education institution integrating skill training, employment placement, and entrepreneurship support.

Tangren Culinary School based in Beijing and serving the whole nation, the school has successively established four major disciplines—Chinese Cuisine Cooking, Chinese Pastry, Western Cuisine Cooking, and Western Pastry—with over a hundred specialized training courses, developing a comprehensive set of training methods tailored to the industry and market demands. Tangren Culinary School places great emphasis on the development of its teaching staff. 北(bei)(bei)京(jing)唐(tang)人(ren)(ren)美(mei)食學校總校坐落在(zai)北(bei)(bei)京(jing)海淀區羊坊店,比鄰北(bei)(bei)京(jing)西客站(zhan)、中華世紀壇、軍事博物館(guan),地(di)理(li)位置四通八達,公交(jiao)地(di)鐵交(jiao)匯,特別方(fang)便學生學習。學校實習場地(di)面(mian)積1000余(yu)平方(fang)米(mi),每年畢業生2000余(yu)人(ren)(ren),并承接企事業、部隊院校等單位的送教上門工作。經過近(jin)三十余(yu)年的努力(li),已有不計其數(shu)的學員活躍在(zai)烘(hong)焙以及餐飲領域,其中很多人(ren)(ren)已經成為行(xing)業的中流砥(di)柱。

The main campus of Tangren Culinary School is located at Yangfangdian, Haidian District, Beijing, adjacent to Beijing West Railway Station, the China Millennium Monument, and the Military Museum. Its advantageous location offers convenient transportation, with access to buses and subways, making it especially easy for students to commute. The school's practical training area covers over 1,000 square meters, with more than 2,000 graduates annually. It also provides on-site training services for enterprises, institutions, and military academies. Through nearly three decades of effort, countless alumni are now active in the baking and catering fields, with many having become mainstays of the industry.

In recent years, the school has seen rapid development in corporate order-oriented training, low-investment entrepreneurship programs, and home cooking interest courses, achieving significant results. Since its establishment, Beijing Tangren Culinary School has witnessed and adapted to the evolution of industry standards from basic know-how to vocational skills, and from technical grades to professional qualifications. It has gained considerable reputation and influence within both the baking and catering industries. In addition to strong support from industry unions and associations, the school has received particular assistance from the Haidian District Government and the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
